Servaclean Supplies Two Bar Counters for Cut & Craft, Leeds
As the UK was gearing up for the winter season, Servaclean were busy designing, manufacturing and installing two stainless steel bar counters for Cut & Craft – a stunning new venue in Victoria Quarter Leeds City Centre.
The venue sits next to The Ivy & Ivy Asia and is a listed building that was once home to Collinson’s Cafe, famous for being the place Wallace Hartley played in the orchestra shortly before boarding the ill-fated Titanic as bandmaster. It is owned by York businessmen Oscar Akgul and Osman Dogan who have invested about £1.6 million in the venture, bringing their already award-winning steakhouse idea in York to the heart of Leeds.
Their York venue is famous for its 10oz flat iron steak, burgers, ribs and for their extensive cocktail and craft beer offerings, a wonderful night out for food and drink.
Servaclean’s Project & Sales Director, Neil Allitt, and his team worked hard to deliver a quality Circular Ground Floor Bar, which complements a beautiful glass dome in the centre of the venue, as well as a First Floor Bar Counter on a mezzanine floor which allows for exclusive private dining.
Oscar Akgul commented on Servaclean’s involvement below:
“I was delighted with our appointment of Servaclean on this project. Both Neil & Adam’s attention to detail and thorough communication with all parties ensured the smooth delivery of this project. I am also suitably impressed with the quality of their product range and I look forward to working with them again in the future.”
The reaction to Servaclean’s completed bars was fantastic, so much so, they decided to see for themselves and actually held their Christmas party at Cut & Craft!
Servaclean is delighted to have worked with the following on this project:
- Owners – Oscar Akgul and Osman Doganozu
- Interior Designer – Studio Two Interiors Ltd
- Main Contactor – 3P Contract Services Ltd
- Project Manager – WHP Quantity Surveyors Ltd
This venue is just one of a number of projects Servaclean have completed within the Leeds area as the city goes through continued redevelopment.
